Senior Recruitment Officer

 

We Urgently require for our company a Senior Recruitment Officer with around Two years of Relevant Experience in a consultancy, with a good networking of clients, for Handling both Candidates and Clients. Salary not a constraint for a Go-Getter and Achiever.

 

 

Job Description:

 

 
 Head Hunting & Lead Generation, getting new clients and handling existing clients.

 Sourcing from job portals as well as related forums, references etc.

 Providing the company best suited and quality candidates within the given timeframe.

 Candidate follow up & creating good pipeline on open positions.

 Coordinate interviews with the clients.

 Taking feedbacks and ensuring Candidate Joins the Job.

 Post joining follow ups

Building and Maintaining Database.

 Desired Candidate Profile:

 
You must have good networking with various clients.
You must be Result Oriented and Professional.
You must have excellent Command over English and Communication skills.
You must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar consultancy.
You must be confident, impressive with good ethics and morals.
You must meet and exceed periodically targeted revenue and profitability goals.
You must be excellent in Head Hunting, Handling Clients and Posting Jobs.

Other assignments may be assigned to you as and when required.
